Career Inspiration for Students
Online Safety – information for parents.
Here at Belmont Community School we are delighted to be one of the very first schools trialling new resources aimed at supporting our pupils with online safety. The National Crime Agency resources “Send Me A Pic” deal with the thorny issue of young people and requests for nude images. They will clearly educate students on the law and the serious consequences of these requests. Our Year 8 and 9 Personal Development classes will experience this series of lessons in March and our feedback will help the NCA shape the resources before launching them nationally. If you would like further support in keeping your child safe online please use this link.
