Wellbeing Survey

February 7, 2022 By E. Morgan

We have recently conducted our first major wellbeing survey with both students and staff here at Belmont Community School. The results have been collated and shared with staff and students to help us better understand how we are feeling and how we can help to address some key features of our mental health. These include our perceptions of self esteem and our emotional resilience. As well as opening the door for discussions and encouraging us all to talk about our wellbeing, we will be running a series of informative slides during tutor time to help to address specific areas such as anxiety, stress and negative thinking. The results should help us all to understand and deal more effectively with our own wellbeing. For more information please contact R. Duarte via the school.
